Alberto Cohen: CAM, CMCA, AMS, Licensed Real Estate Broker
President
Bio: Mr. Alberto Cohen has been active in all phases of management of residential and commercial property for more than 25 years. He has been licensed and active in sales, management and maintenance of real estate in Florida since 1982.
Mr. Cohen is licensed both as a Real Estate Broker for over twenty seven years, as well as a Community Association Manager since 1988. In addition, he has earned the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. He has successfully completed CAI's Professional Community Association Manager Development Program (PCAM) and the Leadership Training Program (LTP), and is a sustaining member of the Community Association Institute.
Mr. Cohen graduated from Miami-Dade Community College and later attended Florida International University as well as the University of Miami where he obtained a certificate in Property Management in 1981. He has also completed numerous courses and seminars in real estate and management, as well as attending state sponsored seminars and other continuing education courses to stay current on the latest changes in the law and trends in management as it pertains to condominiums, real asset management, and real estate in general. Mr. Cohen was featured in Community Association Journal for his work at one of the properties under management for over twenty seven years.
